  • Transitioned IT planning from ad hoc and reactive to a structured Strategic Technology Plan and Roadmap, including cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and innovation roadmap drivers.  

  • Standardized a collaborative new vendor selection process which improves organizational alignment on new systems and aids the change management process.  Implemented innovative new solutions including Quorum Analytics for policy analysis, Slack for team communications, CauseIQ for lead generation and Zoom for video conferencing.

  • Planned and implemented improvements to enterprise systems including Adaptive Insights for cloud based budgeting system and Datto for enterprise system backup system.  Upgraded to Microsoft Office365, added a new security system, and improved audio visual, video conferencing and wifi systems.  Managed user adoption, training and coaching to ensure smooth transitions.

Sales/Marketing Business Intelligence Senior Project Manager, HP, Bethesda, MD; 2013 - 2014

Business intelligence project manager responsible for managing reporting for sales, marketing, services, and partner programs.

  • Drove QlikView dashboard reporting and Salesforce.com reporting for the Market Development Funds program which enables channel partners to obtain targeted market development funding from HP
  • Implemented Salesforce.com reporting for the Services360 program which provided automation for business customers to self-renew HP support.  

Managed the business process management (BPM) program for the global business intelligence organization.

  • Drove end-to-end process improvements utilizing lean and six sigma techniques in the business intelligence team in multiple global hubs.  Projects achieved a 23% reduction in number of marketing reports; 31% reduction of support calls to second level support; and 26% reduction in testing time.  

 

Salesforce.com CRM Reporting Project Manager, HP, Bethesda, MD; 2011 - 2013

Managed global sales and marketing reporting for Salesforce.com CRM implementation.

  • Managed overall sales and marketing reporting plan, working with business and region leaders to document requirements and define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implemented sales reporting for the Salesforce.com CRM roll-out, including the modifications and business continuity of sales reporting in downstream and legacy systems.
  • Utilized agile scrum processes throughout the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).

 

Sales/Marketing Business Intelligence; Strategic Planning Manager, HP, Bethesda, MD; 2008 - 2011

Managed the 3-Year business intelligence road map for the $40 billion Global Enterprise Group.

  • Owned the annual Plan of Record project prioritization.  Analyzed costs, benefits, and return on investment while aligning to strategic company initiatives.  In 2011, the optimized road map yielded $121 million in first year gross margin improvement.  

  • Developed and managed business requirements for a multi-year transition to deliver a standard, central Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence engine.

 

Sales/Marketing Operations; IT Transformation Project Manager, HP, Fort Collins, CO; 2005 - 2008

Managed business and user transitions for legacy sales and marketing reporting systems decommissioning.  Created and executed the Business Intelligence legacy transformation road map reducing from 131 to 35 systems saving $19.2 Million annually in operating costs.  

  • Successfully decommissioned legacy sales and marketing systems worldwide.  Documented user requirements.  Collaborated with stakeholders to create transition road maps.  Led management of change (MoC) efforts.  Managed checkpoints, conflicts, issues and escalations to ensure business consistency while maintaining an aggressive decommissioning schedule.
