Great opportunity to learn about the latest developments in Salesforce. The general session was a classic big-tech event. Well orchestrated, motivational, and informational. The mixed media presentations in-the-round had everyone’s attention and set the stage for a great day. I especially liked the session where two nonprofits shared their best practices and another highlight was the fireside chat with General Colin Powell, who is on the Salesforce Board of Directors.
