Ashoka Changemakers & General Assembly Social Intrapreneurship Strategy Workshop

This was a creative and energizing event and everyone involved walked away with actionable ideas to use in their organizations and careers.

The warm up exercises were effective in getting the group involved and engaged. The creative collaborative exercise had groups develop a business idea in 30 minutes and pitch it to an imaginary investor. The groups came up with great ideas and some really amazing pitches in as short period of time, proving that you can make quick progress. The “Villians of Innovation” presented were a clever way to think about the personalities you might come across with your projects and the 10 #SocInt Strategies gave us good ideas on how to address the Villians.
