ASAE Technology Conference

Held at National Harbor this annual conference is organized by www.asaecenter.org which is the center for association leadership. The kick-off was by Reggie Henry, the CIO of ASAE, and was a great start for the day. The keynote by Rick Smolan brought us the Human Face of Big Data and the Internet of Things. This book uses Rick’s world renowned skills in photography to show the impact and opportunity of big data in our world. Throughout the conference I met technology professionals from all types of associations and nonprofits and I enjoyed the sessions had interesting topics from security, leading change, and IT strategy. I hope to attend this annual conference again in the future.
