I’m a big fan of this meetup and attend whenever I can. This time the format was different than the usual rapid fire presenters. Tonight there were 2 presenters. The main event was Dr. Mort Ormon discussing his findings and philosophy about stress. He believes in America we this of it wrong. Stress is just a word, it’s not something that exists by itself. What we really mean when we say stress problems in life. So rather than using techniques to reducing stress, work on mechanisms that help you manage and solve your problems. His presentation was insightful and the Q&A was fun. Joshua de Gastyne also presented and discussed his Ultimate Doctor podcast. I’m looking forward to the next session in May. www.docormon.com
