Engaging Networks Conference
Engaging Networks is an eCRM company and their conference this year was at the AGU building near Dupont Circle. I hadn't been in that building since a DataKind meetup a few years ago. They had made upgrades to the lobby and conference area, including sustainability. The rooftop deck was lovely and showcased sustainable plantings. The displays describing the sustainability upgrades were very educational.
The conference covered topics from marketing tools and SMS programs to tech stacks and community building. I came back with several new ideas including a software product called Scribe to automate the documentation of technical SOPs!
